<3 Cap and Gown <3

As of December 28, 2011, I am the owner of a beautiful mare named Cap and Gown (aka Lacey).  She is about 6 years old and about 16.2 but still growing!!! She is 75% Hanoverian, 25% Percheron with a little TB somewhere in there, as my trainer says is a good all American mutt! lol

Before she came to me she was a pasture pony/trail horse.  She hadnt really every jumped and had little official training.  

After about a week and a half…

We are also working on her ground work :)  Her only very slight down fall is a shirt neck but we are trying to teacher her how to stretch it out while flatting around!

Lacey is the first horse I have ever owned and I still am getting over the shock of it!  She is my college graduation gift and I really couldnt have asked for anything better!
